According to the Black’s Law Dictionary at page 852, judicial review is defined as a court’s power to review the actions of other branches or levels of government;
Tribunals are not ordinary courts of law. A tribunal is a court of justice or other adjudicatory body. The case of Ken Lukyamuzi v Attorney General also
